Help & Support
Questions about Kira, your account or a purchase? Here is how to reach us, and how to do the most common things yourself in the app.
Contact us
Write to tanqt18biz@gmail.com. Include your Kira username and, if something went wrong, what you tapped and what you saw — a screenshot helps. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
In the app: Settings → Contact us.
Report content or an account
- Posts, comments, chat messages, profiles, portfolio works, reviews, listings and more can all be reported: tap "⋯" or long-press and choose Report.
- We handle every report as quickly as we can, usually within 24 hours; reports about child safety or physical danger come first.
- The reports you made, and any restriction on your account, are under Settings → My restrictions & reports — you can appeal from there too.
Block someone
You can block anyone at any time: tap "⋯" on their profile or in a chat and choose Block. Once blocked, they can no longer message you or interact with you. See and undo blocks under Settings → Blocked users.
Purchases and Starlets
- Starlets are bought in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your card details.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies: on iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your Google Play order history.
- If you were charged but your Starlets did not arrive, write to us with the purchase date and the order number from your receipt.
Creator earnings
Creators can turn the cheers they receive into earnings. Apply in the app from your Starlets wallet (Me → your Starlet balance → Apply for creator earnings); a person reviews each application. Questions about an application or a withdrawal can go to the address above.
Delete your account
Delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by e-mail if you can no longer sign in. What is deleted and what is kept is explained on the Account Deletion page below.
Safety
Kira is for users aged 18 and over. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report the account in the app.
